Three Alleged Drug Dealers Busted In Westchester

Three people were arrested for alleged cocaine sales after being seen making a deal by members of the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force.

The incident took place around 11:50 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23, at 350 South Broadway, Tarrytown, said Lt. Greg Budnar.

Those arrested included:

Osvaldo Perlata, address unknown, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was remanded to the Orange County Jail.
Yipsianela Abreu, address unknown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.
Linda Margillo, address unknown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was released on her own recognizance.

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force is comprised of officers from the villages of Hastings, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Irvington, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and the towns of North Castle and Greenburgh.
